One of my user gets the following message when he starts
Outlook:
Exchange is Currently in Recovery mode. You can either
connect to your Exchange server using the network, work
offline or cancel this logon. When he clicks Connect,
he's able to access his mailbox with no problems, except
he can't synchronize to an offline file (.OST).
I have gone through the settings for configuring Outlook
to synchronize the mailbox folders he wants to view
offline, but when he clicks Send/Receive, Outlook gives
an error message saying he doesn't have permission for
the selected action.
I am completely stumped. Any help would be appreciated.
We are using Windows XP Pro, Outlook 2003, and Exchange
5.5 SP4.
