Can't Sync with Use Cached Exchange Mode

I am using Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2003.

I started having problems with not recieving e-mail and had the following
sync errors:

Error synchronizing folder
9:16:51 [80004004-3EE-80004004-560]
9:16:51 Unknown Error.
9:16:51 Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store
9:16:51 For more information on this failure, click the URL below:
9:16:51

I unchecked Use Cached Exchange Mode and I started receiving e-mail again.
I checked on Web Outlook and it matches my e-mails but when I check the Use
Cached Exchange Mode about have of them disappear.

There are about 70 other users with the same setup and they do not have any
problems.

I did not start having problems with e-mail until 3 days ago. I even
f-disked and reinstalled Windows XP.

I am using a vpn to connect to my parent company so the cached mode is much
faster than using the off-line folder mode.

Any suggestions?

No it is not answered in another newsgroup! Every answer I have found is
close but does not answer my question. I have rebuilt OST, I have deleted
and created a new profile. Those are not the answers I need.
