Can't Stop System Configuration Utility Message

I had to run msconfig to clean boot my computer in order to fix a problem.

Although in misconfig I have selected "Normal Startup - load all device
drivers and services," every time I boot up I get the following message:

"You have used the System Configuration Utility to make changes to the way
Windows starts. The System Configuration Utility is currently in Diagnostic
and Selective Startup mode, causing this message to be displayed and the
utility to run every time Windows Starts. Choose the Normal Startup mode on
the General tab."

I do have Normal Startup mode selected. Is there any way to stop this
message from displaying? Thank you very much.

I have placed a check mark in the little box, but the message still displays
whenever I boot my computer. Thanks for your suggestion.
