can't stay on internet

for three days i keep getting quickly bumped off internet
with an error report message sent to microsoft. It's
gotten really bad. I haven't been able to even check e-
mail since early yesterday, and even the it wouldn't let
me send a reply. so, I'm not sure I'll even get your
reply!! Had to type this on word and quickly paste it so
i'd have enough time. It's just that bad!!! Anybody
else??? PLEASE HELP!!!

Perhaps you should generate a log of an internet session. My bet is your ISP
is cutting you off.
