Can't start Windows Firewall after install and running anti-spyware

After download and install MS Anti-Spyware My Computer
Just can't start Windows Firewall and It keep Showing me
to go to Windows Security Alerts
to enable FireWall but It cannot start!
Is there any suggestion?
I'm running Windows XP SP2.
