Can't start Win2k Pro

Hi,
i tried to install second hard drive, when i started
computer after installing new hard drive, i got the error
message before login window that "low paging file". When
i click ok, i get the login window when i click ok after
entering password. I get the message "virtual memmory
low". when i click ok, it kicks out of start up and
windows login comes again. i tried to recover C:/Winnt,
but still i have same problem. Even i have disconnected
send hard drive but still i can't start win 2k and not
even in Safe mode.
If any body can give me idea to fix this prob, i would
appreciate that.
