can't start/use my outlook

Whenever I try to open my outlook I get the following error message about Business Contact Mananager
Eventtype: bm
P1: map
P2: invalidoperationexeptio
P3: 1.0.2002.
P4: 11.0.560
P5: logonmanage
P6: exe
P7: 08a637
Can anybody tell me what the problem is, I have looked for new updates but found none
Any help at all will be greatly appreciated
