Can't spell check

I don't know why but I cannot spell check in windows mail. It says that it
no longer supports the language. i just bought this computer and changed
over from XP to Vista. I transfered my e-mail boxes and such but I cannot
spell check
Any ideas?

Go to tools>options>spelling tab> review all the settings, is English
selected> if so change it to another language>Apply.

Change it back to English again>apply>OK.
