cant sign in to msn

I'm an xp sp2 user. I get this message when trying to sign on to msn e-mail.
I havn't changed any settings and occasionally it does allow me
in.Tempermental and annoying. Was xp designed by a woman?I have solved this
before with someone elses thread, but cant remember how i did it! Appreciate
any help.

This sounds like an MSN issue, not XP. Please contact MSN through the MSN
Services link on your browser.
