Can't share Calendar With Exchange

I just set up an exchange server for a small business. They have 12
employees and 11 out of 12 can share their calendar just fine. One person
can not share they don't have a permission tab when you pull the sharing or
properties.

The calnedar is on the exchange server. When I go to properties it says the
mailbox - "username". So I know it is on the server, any ideas on why I
can't share it?

I have all windows and office updates. Outlook 2003. Any Help would be
great.

Go to Help, About Microsoft Outlook. Click on Disabled Items and see if
there are any disabled items. If so, enable them.
