Cant set up

Please help, I cannot set up my microsoft outlook. Yesterday I got it to
send out but not receive but now I can't receive or send. I can't remember
what I done to make it work other than follow the steps. I am not sure if I
had the correct pop accounts or not. I was wanting to start a new email
account under my new business name of gownsncrowns my provider is Charter
communications and I do have spyware. I notice that reading your other help
questions it said you had to have that and I have all that. the pop and
smtp I put in was something like this pop.charter.com and smtp.charter.com
is this right then I dont get much farther than that please help

If you really mean "Outlook" you are in the wrong newsgroup.
The newsgroup to which you posted is for the Windows Mail program.
You are more likely to find Outlook experts in the Outlook newsgroup:
