Cant set up email account....help?

hiya, im trying to set up my windows mail thing to download the email i get
for my school address, ive filled in all the things but i dont know what
servers my account uses, so what do i type in the incoming and outgoing mail
boxs?? theres no way of finding out what servers the school uses till 3 weeks
time.

Read your message again. Where in there do you give us any information to help you.
You don't tell us what school, you don't tell us who you use to access the internet, if fact you don't provide any information at all.
Look like you will have to wait until school is open again.

Most email service providers, including universities, publish the required
email settings on their website. If you have trouble finding that info,
tell us the name of the school.

I'm exactly with the same problem.
But in my case, the account is of the company I work.
Its website is lideraviacao.com.br, and to access the "outlook web access"
is through lideraviacao.com.br/exchange.
I tried pop.liderav... and imap.liderav... but none of them works.
One of the errors that appears when I try to send an email after the
configuration with POP3 is the error number 0x800CCC0D, saying that smtp
server can not be found.

You need to contact the IT experts at the place you work, and ask them
for the correct settings.

find who's you internet service provider then on the adress type pop 3 @ name of internet provider, same goes for smtp @ inernet provider
any help is appreciated, thanx
