Can't Set Remote Server

I can't connect to my IP provider, Shaw, through FrontPage or Sharepoint
Services. I've been able to connect through FTP but uploads don't happen.
Also, have connected through Dreamweaver.

I have two other Web sites that connect and upload with no problems to the
same provider. Weird. The Web site is up (I used my Browser and Network
Places to copy the files) and the Web space is set to Enable FrontPage
Extensions.

Anyone have a suggestion?

If you used ftp:// you've most likely corrupt the extensions for that domain.
Have your host reset / repair them.
