can't send yahoo e-mail through Microsoft Outllook 2003 port 587

Is the checkbox marked the requires a secure connection (SSL)?
 
You can't use Outlook with Yahoo free web mail. You have to pay for Yahoo
Plus POP mail to use Outlook.
