Cant send spyreport

Help!!

Everytime I go to send a spyreport I keep getting:
Internet Proxy Settings cant send report.

Can someone tell me where my internet proxy are and what I
need to do to change them so I can a spy report.

There is a problem with this function at the moment which
will be fixed in the next BETA (2). If you post your
report on here giving as much detail/information as
possible (log reports are particularly useful), the
experts will assist you by responding and pass on to the
MS developers for analysis.

Sometime it works, sometimes it's a beta when it comes to sending the report
in.

I suggest trying it, and maybe getting a good report it.

It's a glitch in this early version. You can always try, and if it fails,
then there's no harm done.

Since its being passed on to MS develpoers:

This is what I do:
1) Tool, Suspected Spyware Report, Create Report: it then
scans. I then click Submit Report, then I get:
"An error occured submitting the scan results. Please
check your Internet proxy settings and try again".

2) Advance Tools, System Exploeres, Appilications,
Downloaded Active X:
Yahoo!chat.........unknown
MaxixSimCity3TeleX.....unkown

on the right side in the blue box: ActiveX Detail Box
1) block
2) send to spynet for analysis

When I click "send to spynet" it looks as if its being
sent because the "send to spynet" goes to the grey color,
but unlike when you send an email and you get your email
has been sent theres no feed back that it was even sent.
It wasnt sent cause every time I get an update I check to
see if they are still "unkown" and they are
still "unknown". Yeah, I then click "send to spynet" again.

3) Please Change this whole Posting site, its too
confusing. General, Networking, Online Community,
Sigatues?????? It should be:
Home Users, Bussiness Users (aka computer people).
Have someone at Ms filter all the postings, this way it
can be place into correct catagorys. Also change Post a
New Message, plesase add "spell check to it". Along with a
box next to Send, Cancel: this way we can tic the box so
that an email is sent to us that their was a responce to
your posting. Can yous do the same as stated above for the
rest of your products too.
