Can't send REPLY/FORWARD messages

Hi,
Using outlook 2003, win xp, norton internet security 05, and I can receive
msg and send NEWLY composed msgs.
But...
I can't send REPLY or Forwarded msg?????
Any advise to get this to work?
 
There is no error msg at all..
I notice it because my OUTBOX numbers start to go up... (which means mails
arent sent)
So i tested, all the reply/forward emails goes to outbox and stay normal
font title- where as a NEWLY composed email goes to outbos and is waiting to
be sent having ITALIC tiltle with no problem.

I am using 3 email accounts (no microsoft exchage server) because i go to
home/office/others to use outlook with this laptop so i can sent msgs through
different isp at different locations..
would this be the problem?

That might be the issue. Usually an SMTP server is accessible from its own
network. If you send through the account where you're currently connected do
the messages get sent?
 
The old messages are tagged for sending via different SMTP server. If resend
them do things work?
