can't send photo as attachment to email

Please post the error message in its entirety. You can left click on it to
highlight and then right click to copy and then paste it into this thread.

If you are trying to set up a free Yahoo account in Windows Mail, it will
not work.
Free Yahoo accounts are web based only.

Get a gmail or live mail account, they will set up in WM.
 
If Yahoo is your mail provider, open your webmail account,
then attach the photo file from there.
