Can't send or receive emails

I set up my account in Jan. 2009, when I purchased my pc. I forgot the
password and secret answer. I am unable to log onto the email address. I
have contacted help online and they were unable to help. I am unable to
upload my resume' and send it because I am having promblems with this email
address. It's as if it doesn't exist. I' puzzled. Can someone please help ?
Anything I save automatically goes to this address.
 
We can't help with a forgotten password.
Best solution is to get a new email address.

Incidentally, Windows Mail doesn't work with free Yahoo accounts.
