Can't Send Message From Outbox

When I try to send a message from outbox I receive the following error:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'pop3.vintageflavor.com', Server:
'smtp.vintageflavor.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F

Please HELP

Did this start happening a few minutes ago, or has it been going on for a few
weeks, or have you never been able to send?

The problem started to occur two weeks ago when I first setup the account.

What version of Windows?

If 2000, see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;816866

Otherwise, do you have any firewall programs (i.e. Personal Firewall by
McAfee)? If so, try disabling them and resending.

I have Windows XP. I disabled my Sygate firewall and still nothing. Does
Microsoft have a number that I can call for free troubleshooting?

Can you ping the servers? I.e., can you go to Start->Run, type in cmd and
click OK, then type ping pop3.vintageflavor.com and hit enter, make sure that
in the Ping Statistices, Received = 4 and then do the same for ping
smtp.vintageflavor.com to be sure that you can connect to the server(s)?
