Cant send mail

I cant send mail. I have tried to restore my new computer back to the day I
bought it but it still doesnt allow me to send email. Any suggestions?

What error messages are you getting?? Also can you get on the tinternet??

What email application, who is your ISP, have you checked your mail settings
(provided by your ISP)?
