Can't send mail with VISTA. Can anyone help?

Here is the error messgae I get:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.comcast.net (1)',
Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I am using or setting up a NEW wireless laptop. I have and use cable at
home. I have only received 1 message on the laptop. Both computers are on
at the same time.

For many Comcast users port 25 no longer works.
Comcast made some changes in their email settings without telling
their customers. Follow these steps, beginning with step 10:
