Can't send - help

Let me explain. I'm using Outlook 2003 on my laptop. I'm connected
wirelessly through a router. I can send & receive mail perfectly while using
the built-in wireless card or a PCMCIA wireless card -both work.

If I go to a hotel or lets say an airport, I can connect fine, I can receive
mail fine, but, it won't send. This has been puzzling me for months.

Does anyone have a solution or a suggestion to my dilemma?
