cant send emails

for some reason I can not send any emails, it connects to all the servers and
it recieves the emails from the account but it will not let me send emails. I
have a yahoo mail plus account. any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem a couple of months ago. Try changing your SMTP server
to the one that your ISP provides you. A lot of ISP's are moving to this to
prevent spam.

Define "won't let you". What happens when you try? What errors do you see?
What version of Outlook? What type of account?
