Can't send emails

I have Outlook Pro 2007 installed on my laptop. I have a recent problem
where my outgoing emails that I create from my laptop will not send. I can
send them from my Blackberry, however and they will go through. Also, this
isn't an issue when I reply to an email; only when I create a new one.
