Can't send Emails

Using Windows Vista. As of yesterday, can Recieve email but can't Send. No
changes made to System. Following error message: The connection to the
server has failed. Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number:

Comcast has started requiring users to change their outgoing port numbers,
but has been rather poor at telling their users in advance.

I am having the same problem using windows mail and qwest communications.

Since your provider is different, your issue is likely to be different.
Please post the complete error message, just like "Di W." did below.
