Can't Send Emails

I can receive incoming emails, but can't send any out! I keep getting the
following error code 0X800CCC0E. This has only recently started to cause me
problems!

We often need the whole error message, not just the error code, to offer
much help.

Also, what if any antivirus programs do you have?

Try to either move the oldest message in the Outbox, if there are any,
to the Drafts folder or delete it, then restart Windows Mail. Does this
fail?
