Can't send emails in Outlook 2002

Just upgraded to a Desktop with Vista Home Premium. Used "Easy Transfer" to
copy everything from laptop running XP. Now Outlook 2002 won't send emails.
The laptop still can. I get "553 Sorry that domain isn't in my list of
allowed rcpthosts" error message. When I test the email accounts (I have 2 -
neither sends) everything is fine except sending the test message which gives
"Unable to send...Please verify the email address field." Have deleted and
added the email accounts, disable the Windows firewall, messed with some
Norton settings. Nothing works so far. Any suggestions?

Thanks so much for responding. I have been changing, removing, recreating
email accounts from within Outlook, using the Tools - Email Accounts option.
Would it be any different going the route you describe - through control
panel - mail etc.? I still can't send emails in Outlook but did activate
Windows mail that came on the Vista running computer and can send emails that
way. But would still prefer to get Outlook working.
