can't send email

I posted an email with the message Outlook 2003 gave me:
500 Unauthorized relay msg rejected.

Here is the message Outlook Express gives me:
The message could not be sent because one of the
recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-
mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'.

Are you connected to the same network as 'smtp.thelotusway.org'? Many STMP
server will bounce off-network access attempts.
