Can't send email

Jeff Jones

When I try and send email out of Outlook 2003 I receive the sending error
(0x800CCC75D) your outgoing (SMTP) server does not support SSSL-Secured
connections. Any solutions?

Try to use the following:

1.. Click Tools and the goto E-mail Accounts
2.. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts and then click on Next
button
3.. Now double Click your e-mail account in which you are facing issues.
4.. Now click on More Settings
5.. Go to Advanced tab, over here Uncheck This server requires and
encrypted connection (SSL) which is under Outgoing server (SMTP)
6.. Finally click on OK, then Next and Finish.
If that doesn't work, please recreate your Outlook profile:

If your unidentified e-mail provider does not support SSL connections
then you cannot force them to use SSL connections. Follow your e-mail
provider's web help pages or contact them regarding the proper
parameters to specify in the account you define for Outlook.
