Can't send email

I'm setting up a new laptop and cannot get the email to work properly.

This is the message I get - any help??

Account: 'Windows Mail', Server: 'pop.wbhsi.net', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR authorization first', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Uncheck the box for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication."

If that was already unchecked, which antivirus are you running?
Some of them are not fully compatible with Windows Mail.
