Cant Send Email

I got my gmail sent to Microsoft Mail. Everything works fine but I can't send
mail. This error pops up:
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'small Black tv stand
**REDUCED**** - $25 (NW OKC(122nd ', Account: 'imap.gmail.com', Server:
'smtp.gmail.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
I don't have AVG or anything installed.. please help!!!
 
Is gmail.com your internet provider? If not, you aren't likely to be able
to use a
port 25 connection to reach their server.

Remove your email account under Windows Mail, then restart Windows Mail.
Choose whether you want to use the IMAP method of connecting gmail.com
or the POP method, then follow only the sections of these instructions that
are for that method:
