Can't send email!

I'm also a Bell Sympatico subscriber. Here are the instructions I followed
to configure my setup for Windows Mail. Got everything correct on the first
try. Surprised the heck out of me!

Which one do I click?
I get this message:

My ports are what they should be and the incoming and outgoing addresses
are
what they should be.

I don't see any obvious reason for your sending problem.
Make sure all your settings agree with these instructions:
