CANT SEND E_MAILS

got new computer
copied account info from outlook express precisely to windows mail
recieve e-mails ok
all outgoing e-mails get stuck in outbox with error message

"Account 'mail.bellsouth.net',Server:'mail.bellsouth.net',Protocol:SMTP;
Server response:'250 XMVP 2;Port:25;Secure{SSL}:Yes;Server Error 250;
Error Number;0x800CCC7D "

Please help-I think Ive tried everything-PS not computer geek

In Windows Mail go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties,
Advanced, then uncheck the SSL option.
