Can you tell me what is causing this error?
Subject 'TE', Account: 'mail.mchsi.com', Server: 'mail.mchsi.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '250 XMVP 2', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes,
Server Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D

You need to turn the SSL option off.
You can do so by going to Tools, Accounts, select that account,
Properties, Advanced.
