can't send e-mails

everytime I send an e-mail it gets sent back to me! Even
if it's just a typed message. Also, can't send
attachments or froward e-mail!

Check the HELP files, to see if you are receiving copies of outgoing
messages. If it seems like a server issue, ask your ISP (or mail provider).
