can't send e-mail

I have been sending e-mail on my new lap top computor (withVista)for three
months, and now I can only receive. What have I done wrong and what is the
fix? Anyone have an answer?
 
Try an disable your Anti Virus email integration(scanning of incoming and outgoing emails). Are you using Norton or Café by any chance

Are you working from a different location?
Do you have any messages in the Outbox you can't delete or move?
