I'm using the e-mail (e-mail address removed) if I try to send a message it says
this:

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject '',
Account: 'pop.suddenlink.net', Server: 'smtp.suddenlink.net', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '553 Authentication is required to send mail as
<[email protected]>', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 553, Error
Number: 0x800CCC78

I don't know if this stmp address is right or not please help

Does you connection to that server go through suddenlink.net's equipment
all the way? If not, such connections to port 25 are often blocked to make
trouble for spammers.

Some email providers block you from sending email to the same account
as you are sending from.

https://account.suddenlink.net/selfcare/html/outlook-express-settings.html

They don't seem to have written instructions for Windows Mail yet, so
try their instructions for Outlook Express but under Windows Mail
instead.

Go to Tools, Accounts, select the pop.suddenlink.net account, Properties,
Servers, click the box for "My server requires authentication."
