Cant Send e-mail. Interface not registered.Outlook

I`m using Office 2003. Everything was ok now i find that i cant send e-mails
using outlook. i get the message Interface not registered.Is there any way to
fix this? or will i have to re-install Office?

You should first try Detect & repair on the Help menu in OL. This problem
can be caused by spyware/virus. Use a scanner and your antivirus to remove
any spyware or viruses.

I`ve tried Detect & Repair.Run spyware test and virus check still wont work.
I`ve unistalled & re-installed still does not work

I`ve solved problem.
I Have to run Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll

I have had the same issue, but when i re register that dll it tells me
load library (...\ole32.dll") failed - the specified module could not
be found.

Thanks for any help! I will double check spyware, but I am pretty sure
it's clean.

Type it out instead of trying to use the environment variable.

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\ole32.dll
