can't send attachments

Get the message: Cant' create file. R click folder you want to create the
file in, and click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions
fo the folder.
User can not send attachements from Outlook 2000. Can sent files if he r
clicks then sends to. User has Admin rights for pc. Log in a s Admin and set
up mail acct under same profile works fine. User logs in as himself and
cannot send attachments. Ran all updates. User has permission to all folders.

Usually you would come across this when directly opening attachments from
within Outlook.
