can't send any emails to craigslist ads

get a message that windows vista doesn't support HTTP web configuations????
 
You need to have an email program configured to access your email account.
Windows Mail cannot access webmail accounts, like Hotmail/Live.
The newer Windows Live Mail can access Hotmail/Live email accounts.

Who provides your email account?
