Can't Select All Files With Ctrl+A

I try to select all files in a folder with CTRL+A but it doesn't work, any
way to solve this?

Highlight one file. Then press ctrl/A

Your script worked.............thanks for taking the time to share it.

I guess I'll chalk this up to a lack of the WOW attribute in vista ultimate.

Now if they would only make win explorer keep the same view as I set instead
of going off and randomly doing its own thing,
