Can't Select a file during Restore from a backup

I am trying to restore from a backup file. When I use the
restore wizard, it won't allow me to expand or select a
file. The backup file is stored on another pc in the
network.

I am an adminstrator on both pcs.

Thoughts?
 
I would move the backup file over the network and that
should work
