Hi,
I'm setting up an outlook 2003 installation for someone outside of our
own environment. They're running an exchange server on their network.

The problem that I'm having is that I can't select "show this folder as
an email address book". It is grayed out and unselectable. What do I
need to do to allow the selection of the contact folder prior to
selecting it?

Any and all help appreciated ...

Russ,
Thanks. Do this through the email account set up wizard, choosing to
add a new directory or address book? Older versions of outlook were
straight foward for service set ups but the wizards of the newer
versions don't refer to services in the same way that older versions
did. I assume that this is what you are speaking of?

Yep, that is the one.
