This has probably been asked before and it's probably a simple solution. For
some reason suddenly i can't send mail, i've checked relevent boxes and
checked out the error code which is :-

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Re: Enquiry from Gimme
Those Sweets', Account: 'mail.gimmethosesweets.co.uk', Server:
'mail.gimmethosesweets.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0EHi,

Now i believe that this is 'Failed to connect to server' but what can i do
about this, i CAN receive mail but i'm not sure what else to do i've come to
a halt. Anyone can help? This will be great.

Cheers Dave

AntiVirus applications that scan email frequently cause this, are you
running one?

Thanks for including the complete error message.
Obviously "gimmethosesweets" is not your ISP. As such, your
real ISP will block attempts to use other SMTP servers on port 25.
For the reason why this is done, see
is explained here: http://www.postcastserver.com/help/Port_25_Blocking.aspx

There are a few workarounds, but the easiest is to substitute your
ISP's SMTP server for the outgoing server listed in the error message.
