Can't see other computers

So I have done this before, but it was quite easy. Just run the set up wizard
and voila. So it worked before! I have since moved, unpluged everything and
replug. Now I can't see my other computers...What do I do?
Here is the layout:

This is an all wire setup!
Cable modem connected to a Linksys etherfast cable/DSL routerBEFSR41
Desktop connected to Linksys (XP sp2 Fat 32 file system)
Laptop connected to Linksys (XP sp2 NTFS file system)

PS.: Ihave to work with the present set up. Money restrictions...
