cant see my incoming emails

I have windows vista and cant see my incoming emails in windows mail. Was ok
a couple of days ago. I have a BT account.

Have a look at your settings in Windows Mail>view>current view, ensure that
'show all messages' is selected.
 
dont want to anwer, or rather cannot answer. Im new and i dont know how to
ask a question. What do i do to be able to ask a question. i clicked on new,
but nothing happened. Thanks
 
You are using the awful web interface, instead of using the news reader in
Windows Mail.

first you have to sign in with your Live Id, then in the pull-down box that
says "- Select new post -", select question...
