can't see hebrew or arabic in IE and in XP in general

hi there,

here's a puzzle for ya. suddenly i can't see hebrew on any webpage, well i
see some hebrew but not in avery field of any webpage.. all i see are lines
_______ and commas and brackets. tried playing with the language encoding and
stuff but didn't get any response nor any change. please help ...

an example for the problem:
i log to walla.co.il and in the menu of topics just bellow the search dialog
box i see the title of the topic in the directory but under it i see _____,
______, ______ where names of topics are supposed to appear (the same thing
with arabic).

or lets say i want to say the mevzakim in haaretz (a little dialog text box)
but all i see are lines and commas...

please help me.

If you use Google toolbar, try uninstalling it.
