Hi , I'm having a problem trying to save images and gifs
from websites. My browser will only save them as Bitmaps
with no other option . I've checked several images/gifs by
Right Click>>>Properties and they're all uploaded as .jpg
or . gif but when I try to Right Click>>Save As it will
only save them as BitMap . I don't remember changing any
of my browser settings , I don't even know if there is a
setting for this ? .

Can anybody help please ?

Ron,

Clear the temporary internet files.

1. Start Internet Explorer
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files.
5. When you are prompted to delete all temporary Internet files, click OK.

That happens when the Temporary Internet Files are too full. In IE click
Tools | Internet Options. Click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet
files section of the General tab. On the nest window place a check mark in
the box to Delete all offline content.
