Can't save movie file after upgrading to XP Professional

I would like to reinstall movie maker to fix the subject
problem, but I can't find any way to do so either in
Change or Remove Programs or Add/Remove Windows
Components. How can I do so?

It's an integral part of windows and so can't be removed. Try
