Can't Save in Word 2007

It says it cannot create a work file and i should check my temp environment.
It also will not allow to save. I tried to find solutions but i cannot
 
Are you trying to save to some sort of removable media? - Not a good idea.
If saving to the HD, how's the disk space? Fragmentation? Are you using a
trial version?
